Who should attend the first consultation?
Please limit your attendees to a maximum of 4 people. This meeting is most successful with the smallest group possible.
What should I bring?
Bring all your ideas: Desired color scheme, fabric swatches, names and quantity of your wedding party, pictures that inspire you, and anything to help illustrate your vision and preferences.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
YES. It is essential that we schedule a time to give you our undivided attention as we seek to understand your needs and preferences.
Do you deliver outside the Iowa City Coralville area?
We deliver up to an hour outside city limits with a mileage fee applied.
Is there a fee to schedule a consultation?
No, the first consultation is free!
Do you bring flowers from the ceremony to the reception?
Yes, for an extra cost we will take the ceremony flowers to the reception and get them set up.
How do I reserve my event date?
A deposit of $500 is due as soon as possible to secure the event date.
When are payments due?
50% of the final cost is due 120 days prior to the event, and the final payment is due 21 days prior to the scheduled event.
